Stacey and I will be guiding you through this extraordinary journey. This community offering begins at 6:30~8p and is a high vibrational collaboration. We will be tapping in to three sacred modalities, Reiki, sound, and, restorative yoga.

As we move gently and settle into stillness with each restorative pose the life force energy of Reiki can flow through the energy systems, as the sound waves assist to clear stagnancy, and assist the re~alignment of the Chakras.
